I was laughing to myself when I took this pic.  This is my whole growing operation.  It consists of organic soil, vermiculite and dry organic fertilizer mixed in a bowl made for tamale masa.  Since I don't make tamales, I decided to make great soil for growing tomatoes.  Ann's Green Garden was born!!

I love to find new ways to grow my tomato seeds.  Last year I discovered Smart N Final.  You can absolutely start your plants in everyday containers you set out for recycling.  Keep an open mind, and don't forget to poke holes in the bottom of those containers!  This is a pic of Cherokee Purple sprouts I started in containers I bought at Smart N Final.

I picked this batch of Black Cherry tomatoes at Full Circle Farms in Sunnyvale, CA this past summer.  They made a great addition to my canned heirloom tomatoes!!

I am selling two groups of what I call "Wildcard" tomatoes this year.  One group is red heirloom tomatoes, the other, yellow and orange.  I picked the tomatoes at Full Circle Farms in Sunnyvale and did not have time to identify each variety.  I did, however, save the seeds.  Since I do not now the varieties, I am offering these plants for $2 each this year.

This pic shows the "Yellow & Orange Wildcard" varieties.

If you would like to purchase any of the tomato varieties seen, please contact me - annsgreengarden@gmail.com

Red Italian Pear tomato.  Excellent paste tomato with few seeds, but prone to cracking.
